About deirdre

Hello!  I'm Deirdre Farr, a post-partum doula and newborn specialist dedicated to supporting families immediately after child birth.

I have 5+ years of experience working as a post-partum doula and approximately 20 years of child care experience, working in daycare facilities, home daycares and as a Nanny to some wonderful families.  

I have twin daughters of my own as well, so my experience with children has no bounds and caring for newborns truly is my passion in life.  

My goal as a doula is to equip families with all of the tools they need to develop the comfort level and confidence to thrive as new parents.
